Block dates to prevent bookings — for personal use, maintenance, or any reason you need dates unavailable.
Select the dates on the calendar, choose a block reason, and save. Blocked dates sync to all connected platforms immediately, so guests cannot book those dates anywhere.
Select blocked dates, remove the block, and save. The dates become available again across all platforms.
Choose a reason when blocking dates:
Personal use — you or someone you know is staying
Maintenance — repairs, cleaning, or property work
Other — any reason not covered above
The reason is for your reference only. Guests simply see the dates as unavailable.
Blocked dates are different from reserved dates. Blocked means you chose to make those dates unavailable. Reserved means a guest has booked them.
Warning: Blocking dates that overlap with an existing reservation does not cancel the reservation. You must handle the reservation separately.
