You can view and manage all your connected Vrbo accounts from the Accounts page, which shows the platform, account name, status, property count, and last sync time for each connection.
Vrbo periodically requires re-authentication. When this happens, your account status changes to Needs Attention.
Go to Accounts
Find the affected account and click Reconnect
Re-enter your Vrbo email and password
Complete the two-factor authentication by entering the SMS code
All your properties, settings, and sync history are preserved. Reconnecting simply refreshes the authentication.
If you no longer want Hosto to manage a Vrbo account:
Go to Accounts and click the account you want to remove
Click Disconnect and confirm
Important: Disconnecting stops syncing but does NOT affect your Vrbo listings. Your properties, pricing, and availability on Vrbo remain exactly as they are. Properties in Hosto linked to this account will simply stop syncing.
Each Vrbo account is managed independently with its own connection status and sync history. This is useful if you manage properties under different Vrbo accounts or handle listings for different property owners.
