You can connect your Vrbo account to Hosto using your login credentials and a one-time verification code sent to your phone. The process takes about a minute.
Make sure you have:
An active Vrbo host account
Your Vrbo login email and password
Access to the phone number on your Vrbo account (for two-factor authentication)
Go to Accounts in the main navigation
Click Connect VRBO
Enter your Vrbo email address and password
Vrbo sends a verification code to your phone via SMS
Enter the verification code in Hosto
If your Vrbo account has multiple phone numbers on file, select which one should receive the code. If the code doesn't arrive, click Resend Code and wait up to a minute.
Once verified, your Vrbo account is connected.
Hosto imports your listings, reservations, and messages. The initial import takes 2-5 minutes depending on how many properties you have. A progress indicator shows what's being imported, and you can explore Hosto while it runs in the background.
If you already connected Airbnb and some properties are listed on both platforms, Hosto automatically matches them. One property in Hosto manages both Airbnb and Vrbo, keeping calendars and pricing in sync across channels. You'll review and confirm the matching before it's applied.
