The Calendar gives you a visual grid of availability across all your properties. Navigate by month to see the status of every date at a glance.
Each day on the calendar shows its current status:
Available — open for bookings
Reserved — a guest has booked these dates
Blocked — you manually blocked the dates
Maintenance — blocked for maintenance work
Click any date to see its details or take action. You can block dates, set a custom price, or view the reservation tied to that date.
If a property is listed on multiple platforms, the calendar shows combined availability. A booking on Airbnb automatically blocks those dates on Vrbo, and vice versa.
